Where We Ship From

  • Europe: Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland (self-fulfilled).

  • United States: Orders are fulfilled from our family-owned logistics partner in Arizona (3PL).

(We may change logistics providers from time to time to ensure the fastest and most efficient service.)

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe & United States: 3–5 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days

    Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing for international shipments.

 

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Typical shipping costs are approximately $10–$15 USD (or equivalent) within Europe and the US.

  • Free shipping applies automatically when you purchase two (2) or more bags in one order.
