Europe: Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland (self-fulfilled).

United States: Orders are fulfilled from our family-owned logistics partner in Arizona (3PL).

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Undamaged
  • Unwashed
  • Returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email at info@vrss-fightgear.com to submit a return request.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
  3. After the item is received and inspected at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 15 days from the date the returned item arrives at our facility. (Return transit time is similar to the original delivery time.)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the customer is returning the item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
