1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://vrss-fightgear.com (the “Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by VRSS FightGear (we/us/our). We are a provider of combat-sports apparel and equipment.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order you represent that you are legally capable of entering a binding contract, and you are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • Prices shown on the Site are in your selected currency. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.

  • You agree to pay all amounts due for your order (including applicable shipping, taxes, duties).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from Switzerland (Europe) and from our US fulfilment partner in Arizona.

  • Estimated delivery times: Europe & US destinations: 3-5 business days; International destinations: 10-15 business days.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout; free shipping applies when you order two or more bags.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier issues).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return: email support, we’ll send a return label, you send the item back. Refund or exchange will be processed within 15 days of our receipt of the returned item.

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. If you are returning simply due to change of mind, you cover the shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images — is our property or our licensors’ property and is protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use such content without our express written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site;

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site, products, and services are provided “as-is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the date of the latest version. By continuing to use the Site after we post changes, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Other Provisions

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Site and your use thereof.

  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out and the remainder will remain in full force.

  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
